Phase I Environmental Site Assessment <br />Riverside Conoco <br />1350 Myers Avenue <br />Batesville, Arkansas <br />physically observing adjacent properties. No soil or groundwater sampling was <br />performed as part of the Phase I ESA process. <br /> <br />Visual inspection of the subject property was performed on December 8, 2022, by <br />Thomas Schichtl. PMI personnel resumes are presented in Appendix I. <br /> <br />At the time of the site inspection, weather conditions were rainy and 50°F. The <br />subject property was relatively flat with a slight slope in topography towards the <br />south. The subject property is currently a vacant gasoline service station. <br /> <br />Please refer to Figure 3 for an Aerial Site Plan of the subject property.
