A review of fire insurance maps can reveal previous uses of specific <br />parcels of land dating from the late 1800s until the 1960s. Sanborn Libraries LLC <br />indicated that no fire insurance maps were available for the property. The Certified <br />Sanborn Map Report is presented as Appendix H. <br />5.0 SITE RECONNAISSANCE <br />5.1 Methodology and General Site Setting <br />PMI implements actions for conducting Phase I ESAs as provided by the ASTM <br />E1527-21 standard practices.
