AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY OF ESTELLE RUCKER FROM R-2 TO
C-1 COMMERCIAL; AND OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUCIL AS FOLLOWS:
(1) The following property is hereby rezoned from R-2 to C-1; said property presently
owned by Estelle Rucker is the petitioner for the zoning classification change. A
public hearing has been conducted before the Batesville Planning Commission on
Monday, February 9, 2004 where they approved and are recommending the rezoning
request.
(2) The property description if described as:
Legal description: Lot 8, Block 4, Maxfield's Eastern Addition, 1317 Case Street.
Passed and Approved This Day Of 2004.
