The Mayor called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m.
ROLL CALL BY CITY CLERK
The clerk verified the roll.
APPROVAL OF AGENDA
A motion was made by Councilmember Hinkle, seconded by Councilmember Roberts to
approve the prepared agenda. The motion passed unanimously.

A) CONSIDER A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY TO SETTLE
INDEPENDENCE COUNTY,ARKANSAS CIRCUIT COURT CASE

Councilmember Krug introduced the resolution. A motion was made by
Councilmember Moody, seconded by Councilmember Hinkle to read the
resolution by title only. Upon rollcall, the motion passed unanimously. The
Clerk read the resolution by title only. A motion was made by Councilmember
Roberts, seconded by Councilmember Moody to approve the resolution. Upon
rollcall,the motion passed unanimously.
The resolution was given number 2025-06-02-R.

ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business to discuss, Councilmember Fredricks made the motion,
seconded by Councilmember Hinkle to adjourn. The motion passed unanimously and
the meeting adjourned at 5:02 p.m.
