A11 ORDINANCE INCREASIM AND FIXING THE SALARY OF
THE OFFICE OF CITY ATTORNEY OF BATESVILLE, ARKANSAS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BATESVILLE,
ARKA NSAS s
Section 1. The City Attorney of the City of Batesville, Arkansas,
shall receive a salary of Seventy-five Dollars ($75.00) per month.
All other provisions of ordinances relating to said office shall
remain unchanged.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be, and it is hereby so made,
effective on and after January 1, 1953•
