ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE FIXING THE SALARIES OF CERTAIN
OFFICIALS OF THE CITY OFLBATESVILLE, ARKANSAS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BATESVILLE, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. The City Recorder shall receive for his services a salary
of $75.00 per month,payable out of the City Treasury.
Section 2. The City Treasurer shall receive for his services a salary
of $15.00 per month, payable out of the City,Treasury.
Section 3. The City Attorney shall receive for his -services a salary of
$15.00 per month, payable out of the City Treasury. In addition thereto,
provided
he shall receive such fees as are now f±xziVby law and the existing ord-
inances of said City.
Section 4. The City Marshal shall receive for his services a salary of
$100.00 per month, payable out of the City Treasury. In addition thereto,
he shall receive such fees as are now provided by law and the existing
ordinances of said City.
Section 5. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in cenflict herewith
are hereby repealed.
Secticn 6. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect on and after
the 15th day of April, 1944.
