A motion was made by <br />Councilmember Bennett, seconded by Councilmember Hinkle to suspend the <br />rules and read the ordinance by title only. The electronic roll call was 8 for, 0 <br />against. Mr. Meitzen read the ordinance by title only. A motion was made by <br />Councilmember Reeves, seconded by Councilmember Fredricks to further <br />suspend the rules and waive the second and third reading. The electronic roll <br />call was 8 for, 0 against. A motion was made by Councilmember Moody, <br />seconded by Councilmember Bennett to adopt the ordinance. The electronic roll <br />call was 8 for, 0 against. A motion was made by Councilmember Bennett, <br />seconded by Councilmember Reeves to adopt the emergency clause. The <br />electronic roll call was 8 for, 0 against. The ordinance was given # 2025-10-03. <br />B) CONSIDER AN ORDINANCE FOR THE APPROVAL OF AN <br />APPLICATION FOR PRIVATE CLUB PERMIT FOR "MA'S <br />DOWNTOWN TABLE, LLC" <br />Councilmember Reeves introduced the ordinance. A motion was made by <br />Councilmember Reeves, seconded by Councilmember Moody to suspend the <br />rules and read the ordinance by title only. The electronic roll call was 8 for, 0 <br />against. Mr. Meitzen read the ordinance by title only. A motion was made by <br />Councilmember Moody, seconded by Councilmember Fredricks to further <br />suspend the rules and waive the second and third reading. The electronic roll <br />call was 8 for, 0 against. A motion was made by Councilmember Bennett, <br />seconded by Councilmember Roberts to adopt the ordinance. The ordinance was given # 2025-10-04. <br />C) EXECUTIVE SESSION <br />A motion was made by Councilmember Bennett seconded by Councilmember <br />Hinkle to enter into executive session. The motion passed unanimously. <br />The council entered executive session at 5:39 p.m. Upon their return at 5:55 p.m., <br />Councilmember Roberts recommended Scott Lancaster for reappointment and <br />Steve Case for appointment to the Airport Commission. <br />A motion was made by Councilmember Roberts, seconded by Councilmember <br />Fredricks to approve Steve Lancaster for reappointment to the Airport <br />Commission. The motion passed unanimously. <br />Councilmember Moody made a motion, seconded by Councilmember Bennett to <br />appoint Steve Case to the Airport Commission. The motion passed <br />unanimously. <br />
